- Consulting, collecting information about customer requirements. Offer for customers through the company's market access channels. (90% online channels, 10% face-to-face situations); - Receive and process customer requests. Building information channels to support customers; - Monitor and update the product and service policy of the enterprise; - Synthesize and communicate received information / customer needs to Sales Department or other relevant departments; - Coordinate with relevant departments to plan development programs, serve customers, reduce risk and adverse situations, etc. - Standardize company customer service processes, nurture relationships with customers; - Perform other related reports and tasks as required by the department.

Event/Wedding Planner

Primary Responsibitity
- Meeting and working with clients to get a clear and detailed grasp of event requirements; - Coordinate with related departments in the company to make a complete quotation, plan an event in accordance with the requirements & budget of each customer; - Work and negotiate with production units, suppliers to calculate the implementation budget; - Collect all information and draft a contract. Follow up on contract performance from quotation stage to final bill closing & contract acceptance; - Manage all information of the event such as: decoration, catering, shows, logistics, locations, tools, etc. - Manage & monitor the progress and quality of the project, ensuring optimal efficiency according to the approved budget; - Support event implementation; - Detailed monitoring & reporting for each event; - Collect suggestions to improve service and decoration quality; - Report weekly and monthly work to the management level.
