Primary Responsibitity
- Meeting and working with clients to get a clear and detailed grasp of event requirements;
- Coordinate with related departments in the company to make a complete quotation, plan an event in accordance with the requirements & budget of each customer;
- Work and negotiate with production units, suppliers to calculate the implementation budget;
- Collect all information and draft a contract. Follow up on contract performance from quotation stage to final bill closing & contract acceptance;
- Manage all information of the event such as: decoration, catering, shows, logistics, locations, tools, etc.
- Manage & monitor the progress and quality of the project, ensuring optimal efficiency according to the approved budget;
- Support event implementation;
- Detailed monitoring & reporting for each event;
- Collect suggestions to improve service and decoration quality;
- Report weekly and monthly work to the management level.
